Aside from going all in on what Jesus has for me, my husband of 9 years is my best friend & adopting my babies out of foster care in 2020 were my best yes. Our love story is a funny one, especially my side of it. Our kids came to us unexpectedly, adoption was never our intention, but being their mama is my very favorite thing. I love how God does that, when we live surrendered, He brings us into the life He has for us, but that we never could have imagined.
Spiritual Direction became a part of my life similarly. It was only after formal training at University + Seminary, a decade of church + para church ministry, then a Sabbatical year that I heard the title “Spiritual Director” for the first time. Now with deep peace & confidence, I can say that, this is what I have been in “training” for all along.
I am passionate about all the things that bring us into deeper, healthier, more fulfilling relationship with our Creator. Friends who know me best know that I never wear shoes, and I’m always in the middle of 5+ books at a time.
My faith in God began in unlikely ways and was fueled through unlikely circumstances. I've had to learn to rest in His pursuit of me and how to pursue Him in a way that is authentic in my soul. It's so much more simple & sacred than I could have imagined.
My ministry to women is empowering them to go vulnerably into the throne room of Christ, unashamed, to experience His love by simplifying their faith journey & stepping into their sacred design.
